Hi. Yann here. I hope you had a joyful Christmas.
I am especially glad to bring you this newsletter — the last of the year. Time moves fast. How was your year? How are you projecting yourself into 2025?
I can already see you promising to do better: advance, succeed, find the perfect balance between ambition and satisfaction. Resolution season.
Let us admit something: resolutions alone are not enough. What counts is not deciding what you want to do. It is acting — clearly and aligned — on what truly brings you closer to what you want deeply.
Resolutions work only when they connect to a clear vision and are backed by surgical actions. Otherwise they are a style exercise.
Your problem is not a lack of willpower
In 2022 I was in that spiral. The business worked. Inside me it was chaos. I agitated in every direction, ticking boxes, always feeling I was missing the essential.
That is lack of congruence: a gap between what you do, what you feel, and what actually matters. Like swimming against a current — the harder you fight, the more you exhaust yourself.
One December evening I stopped everything. No new goals. No endless to-do list. One unfiltered question:
“What do I actually want?”
I had no clear answer. So I did something unusual: I recorded a twenty-minute audio talking to myself. I externalized why I was doing all of this, what I wanted to accomplish for myself — not for others — and what I had to change immediately in my actions.
For weeks I listened every morning. It was a compass. Whatever chaos surrounded me, it let me make surgical decisions and put effort where it mattered.
Classic year-end mistakes
You may not need a new resolution plan — you need a radical adjustment in how you approach this season. Three errors I see often:
Surface-level reviews. You analyze numbers and hit-or-miss goals without digging into what actually blocked you.
Objectives that do not look like you. Long lists of intentions with no check against what you want to feel and accomplish.
Ignoring your inner voice. Autopilot to-do lists without listening to what counts for you.
Last year a coachee sat in the same place — ambitious goals, controlling everything out of fear it would slip. In session she realized her actions were disconnected from what she truly wanted. She spent too long on what she “should” do without listening.
What she decided was simple and powerful: visualize what she really wanted with clarity; stop trying to master everything; take clean, aligned actions. She used a morning reconnection method I shared. She did not wait weeks — she left with a transformed dynamic that day.
Action plans to install for 2025
Run a radically honest review. Which decisions actually moved results? Which actions scattered or slowed you? Which behaviors must change?
Do not stay on the surface. Dig for the patterns behind wins and blocks.
Write what truly counts. On one page answer: What do I want to feel in my life and business by the end of 2025?
Clarify an emotional vision — not only measurable goals. What you want to reach and how you want to feel arriving.
Connect to your real self. Speak to yourself for a few minutes. Explain what you want, why it matters, how you will move. Listen each morning. If the inner voice is thin, build it — an audio recording works.
Set one immediate, committing action. Not a giant list — one clean decision. What first step could change the year’s dynamic now? Place it before January 1.
This year, do not settle for resolutions. Make them count. Listen to what plays inside you, clarify what you truly want, and align action with that vision.
I wish you the courage to slow down, hear the inner murmur, and place simple, powerful actions that change the trajectory — and to believe in your capacity.
I cannot tell you that belief guarantees success. I can guarantee that without belief, you fail.
I am preparing a special project for the new year — everything I have learned and tested to help you align with your ambitions. A real game changer. I will tell you more soon.
Meanwhile, the Club is where that alignment practice lives.
I wish you a wonderful celebration — joy, rest, and inspiration. See you in 2025.
PS: The quality of your business decisions will never exceed the quality of your nervous system. We build recovery as competence — not as collapse after the sprint.
