Why I created my own adversity
And why you might need to do the same
If you followed my writing in 2025, you know I went deep into the mechanisms of the mind, discipline, and identity transformation. If you are new here — or want a refresher — you can find those foundational essays on this page.
This morning I do not want to talk about the past. I want to talk about a radical decision for 2026.
I separated from my human teams.
Some may say: “That is brutal — this guy is not human.” It is the opposite.
I redefined my entrepreneurship around a One-Person Business model to protect the relationship with you. I no longer want to spend my human brain-time managing internal processes or team meetings. I want to put 100% of my human energy where it has irreplaceable value: in group and one-to-one coaching, in direct contact with clients.
Less human in running the machine — more human in the quality of our relationship.
It is also a posture question: I needed to create the adversity I require.
By voluntarily injecting this massive constraint into my system, I force myself to stay focused on the essential. I forbid dilution. I force myself to say NO to everything that is not critical.
And you? What should you say “no” to today to recover focus and sovereignty?
That is where my current project takes its full meaning.
To thrive under that constraint, I am building a Personal Intelligence Architecture. Do not be fooled: ChatGPT as you see it on social media is only the snowflake on the tip of the iceberg. What is coming is vastly larger, more complex, and more strategic.
2026 is a hinge year. It will demand time, energy, and total attention.
My commitment is to help you understand how to put artificial intelligence in service of your psychology — not to replace the human, but to propel your training and personal development to a level you have not imagined yet.
That is the technological dimension I am now adding to everything I bring inside Yann’s Club. We keep the fundamentals — applied psychology, identity training — and we graft on a nuclear engine.
The impact on your business will be direct, because your company can never grow faster than your own inner system.
If you are not yet in the Club, now is the moment to join. 2026 will not wait for us.
See you soon,
Yann
