I decided to part ways with the last two people I worked with daily. That is not trivial. A few years ago I ran an organization of 45 collaborators. I sold everything. I had kept a tight team for my coaching practice.
This week I cut that last comfort link.
Why inflict that on myself? Not to save money. To impose an absolute creative constraint.
I am convinced the AI we see emerging is not a gadget — it is a tectonic lever. To finish this project — proving you can build an extraordinary human-performance architecture while alone at the controls — I had to put myself with my back against the wall.
I had to create emptiness so my system would adopt these new tools not as helpers, but as a vital extension of myself.
We live in a world where you can choose to see every danger. Right or wrong, you always end up being right inside your own world. So you might as well choose to see how this upheaval can serve you — and serve the world.
