Learn from past errors to progress. Keep a short failure log: context, decision, lesson, next experiment.
Success as a mindset question. Outcomes matter. Identity that can survive a miss matters more for the long game.
Getting comfortable with fear of failure does not mean loving fear. It means acting while fear is present — then collecting the evidence that you can.
